Recently updated, Wilker House features cathedral ceilings, skylights, and ample windows creating a breezy, bright atmosphere. The home is professionally designed with bespoke art and high-end furnishings from Noir and Palacek, among others.

Two bedrooms with double door access to each room and two full bathrooms makes this a wonderful retreat for families or friends. The primary suite features a king sized bed with a deluxe Leesa mattress. This bedroom also features an oversized walk in closet, complete with a crib in case you’re traveling with a tiny human. The guest bedroom has a double bed/twin bed bunk. There is a pullout queen bed in the living room and a rollaway bed in the guest room closet.

The full kitchen showcases custom concrete counters and new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double fridge, and a five-burner gas stove. Gas is extremely rare on island, so this is a major perk if you’re planning any gourmet cooking.

At the end of the day, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance and warmth. Or take a dip in the below ground, private hot tub on the deck.

Location, location, location

Too often, the perfect rental on island is far from food, activities or adventures. Not the case with Wilker House. Less than 2 miles from Eastsound Village, you can get to Darville’s Bookstore, Brown Bear Baking and more in just minutes. You can walk to Inn at Ship Bay - one of our favorite on island restaurants. If you travel just a few minutes south, you will be in Moran State Park - home to a family friendly beach on a fresh water lake, Mount Constitution and amazing hikes. Sitting on it’s own hillside at the end of a private road, Wilker House makes you feel world's away from everything while still having the advantage of easy access to island attractions.
